Attached log for WINEDEBUG=+d3d when using wine's d3dx9 (built-in)

Wine cannot render the texture in dynamarisa when using native d3dx9_36.dll,
and will crash if not using d3dx9_36.dll.  dynamarisa can be downloaded from
http://www.tasofro.net/dynamarisa/index.html
