[Bug 12765] Regression in ResHacker in wine-0.9.60

Tested it on Fedora 9 (actually Rawhide) with metacity-2.22.0-3.fc9.i386 and
couldn't reproduce the bug.
So the bug really looks like a metacity bug in Fedora 8 or a bug with my setup
(though removing the .wine directory had no effect).

I'll install a test box with Fedora 8 and test it there. Just to figure out
where the problem might be before resolving this bug as invalid.
