Ubuntu 10.04/Gnome/8.0.2.1505

To reproduce:
Open 2 SQL windows and write 'select * from dual' in both. Close first - dialog
shows ok, click taskbar for another app to show up, Alt-tab back to Developer,
click to close second window - dialog shows behind main window and you need to
drag it to see the dialog.
