My patches made it in, so this bug should be fixed.

You can now go ahead and update or redo your ports of the test to surface4 and
surface7. I've also taken care of the DirectDrawCreateEx function in
dsurface.c(we load it at runtime because not all ddraw.dll version on windows
have it).

I'm resolving this bug, for any further discussions of the tests we can use
wine-devel.
