[Bug 31983] the delphi program cause the kwin error

i have a program is made by delphi.
and if you use the kubuntu + kwin animate
then you will find the windows is all wrong.
it the foreground windows will be at the button of the window.
and i still can control it.

it seems it apply the animate on the windows which is no show or even not a
window

kubuntu
nvidia-current
kwin with animate enable, and no animate has error.
