I can confirm this bug still exists in Wine 6.0 (and staging version). Tested
on Arch, with radv driver (same result for amdvlk). I'm using GOG version of
the game, and standalone expansion Tribes of the East starts just fine, problem
only occurs for me for base version that comes with Hammers of Fate expansion.
