I don't see this in wine-1.3.13-217-ga24e8c8 with the SC2 Safe Haven save game, an nvidia 480 and 270.18 drivers.

I had this issue, but it went away when I upgraded my RAM from 1 GB to 3 GB
Did you guys make sure you chose to save the colony? I made a save at the beginning of this map and just re-tested that it still doesn't work (Wine 1.3.15). After looking at the OpenGL documentation a little, it looks like the older versions of the spec do not require that floating point number calculations follow IEEE 754. So, I'd say it's likely that different cards will handle this reciprocal operation differently.
