Ok, uninstalled wine-1.2.3, switched to wine-1.3.18. There is now a configure
WARNING about "prelink" missing, "make test" fails as before (first error about
loading setupapi), but without opening a popup. Didn't "make install" and
running from build tree. Problem as described persists, adding +relay makes it
go away as before.
