Unless you provide evidence that the install/update process no longer works on
Windows I assume this is still a valid bug.

The problem is the rather invasive prerequisite workaround for bug 9758, that
is 'winetricks -q ie6'. It's possible that you see this particular error just
because of having an amount of native dlls installed in the WINEPREFIX.

$ sha1sum DLSSetup.exe 
f1aa2aeb13f26c27882199e12122bba74dd80bd1  DLSSetup.exe

$ du -sh DLSSetup.exe 
7.3M    DLSSetup.exe

$ sha1sum 30gSeriesXAutoUpdate.lbxupd
