[Bug 13335] libGL error when launching warcraft 3

I believe there is another bug for the garbling in warcraft 3. For a part it
might be related to the fact that Windows doesn't know virtual desktops and has
the ability (if the game asks for it) to lock to the game. So the game might be
entering an unknown situation but I'm not sure.
