comctl32 original

There is a bug in comctl32 library, in one of the PropertySheet functions.
As temporary fix you can put original comctl32.dll from MS to hammer directory,
add configuration for "hammer.exe" in winecfg and set dll replace options.
After it hammer works normally.
Be careful, if you replace comctl.dll globally, even winecfg will not fork.
zhlt compiller doesn't work with replaced comctl32 too.
