This really looks like a duplicate of
 https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42014

My guess is that wine-2.0.3 doesn`t have the fix for that bug. You could
install wine-staging (you can run that along with wine, if you don`t want to
upgrade wine)

Another thing thing worth to try is to set windows version to Windows XP
(instead of inwdows 8, that you used). If that ``fixes`` the bug it surely is a
duplicate of bug 42014
