I have got the same problem.
The terminal output however seems to be worthless, since mine is completely different (it just complains about ntlm_auth).
My wine version is 1.3.5 on x86_64 archlinux.
run with WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid wine ResidentEvile.exe &>/tmp/log and attach the bzipped2 file /tmp/log to this bug please
