confirming, still present. I run a dual GPU setup as well (integrated Intel HD Graphics 4600 (HSW GT2), Mesa 20.2.3) and discrete via NV PRIME.
In my case a white rectangle artifact is visible at spawn if you look into direction of the overgrown gate. The location of the artifact in 3D-space / 3rd person view seems fixed though. It doesn't change the position when the character is moved.
