[Bug 44691] EA origin install error 3:0

After doing some searching, I found a perl script someone wrote to address this
issue (on EA's own forum no less).

The following steps helped me work around the problem:
- Modify the script to make it point to the destination directory
- Create the destination directory
- Run the script, and keep it running untill the installation is done
- Install Origin

The script also has to run while origin updates itself.
Curious that an application that is only supposed to run on Windows knows how
to mess up unix permissions
