Yes, the launcher hangs for me too. Not a serious issue, but a bit of an
annoyance. I only used the launcher once for configuring the game and instead
directly start the game via GSGameExe_DX9.exe.

Unfortunately on exit, this also spawns an exit screen which hangs.
