Wow, i have a mistake. I had re-tested program in wine-0.9.58, and bug is present here too. This strange bug is depends on CPU loading... Maybe my CPU was loaded by some another program that time, and i have not notice it.
Looks like an X11 bug. What X11 version do you have? Can you try upgrade it?
