[Bug 23782] Spaceforce Rogue Universe crashes in game videos (iccvid.dll)

Re-tested with 1.3.35: there is a blank/empty window during video playback.
Audio can be heard but nothing can be seen. What's make it worse is that intro
videos are looping: after finishing the last one (Nvidia logo), the sequence of
the intro videos begins to play over and over again, thus the game never
reaches the menu. This is in a clean prefix.

Moreover, native iccvid.dll no longer acts as a workaround. The same happens
with or without native iccvid/quartz dlls (looping videos).
