Thanks for pointing that out.

I've added the info to http://wiki.winehq.org/Ubuntu and
https://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=25767, which is where the current
instructions are.

https://www.winehq.org/download/ubuntu is obsolete now that WineHQ is building
packages for Ubuntu, and needs to be either removed entirely or rewritten with
instructions for installing the WineHQ packages. My preference is for the
former, and I think this bug illustrates nicely why putting the instructions on
the wiki is preferable, but I don't make those decisions.
