The attached patch should mitigate the issue by fixing
context_apply_blit_state() to properly take the window size into account.
Nevertheless, this doesn't change the fact that the window manager resizes the
fullscreen (after the mode change) window to the (original) desktop size
instead of keeping it at the current screen size.
