Get an assertion on startup

Failure Condition: S_OK == D2D().D2DFactory()->CreateDCRenderTarget(&props,
&mDCRenderTarget)

This bug is for wine-staging 6.2. I didn't tried with wine-vanilla sorry.
Compile time is very long.
