[Bug 14682] New: wined3d regression from wine 1.1.1 to wine 1.1.2

in wine ver 1.1.1 you could play ultima online kingdom reborn with some
graphics glitchs wine ver 1.1.2 fixed alot of them but also made the game
unplayable with a major lag to the system

i did a regression test and came back with
