The Sims Home Crafter tool doesn't launch in Wine and throws an error claiming
that it needs to be run in 16-bit color display mode.
The tool is free and publicly available (and I think doesn't require actual
game to be installed): https://archive.org/details/thesimshomecrafter_201907
