msi: Reimplement MsiGetProductCode.

I also tried to revert this commit in >0.9.51.
In 0.9.58 - could not compile. 
In 0.9.54 - was able to compile and run MS Word. Also there was no second bug I
mentioned earlier (impossible to register right after install)- I was able to
reinstall MS Office.
