No longer black in 1.7.50/Project64 1.6, but instead it loads about:blank.
Clicking home loads https://www.winehq.org, so the embedded browser itself
works.

Given that it's in an old version, and this isn't in the latest (2.2 as of this
writing) I don't think it's worth filing a new bug, but someone else may want
to.
