[Bug 2398] OpenGL is only used on top level windows so child windows get overdrawn

Screenshot of the Warcraft 3 World Editor with the a wine version between
0.9.55 and 0.9.56

I tested the Warcraft 3 World Editor with the latest wine version.
The menu bar is now visible, but other parts still got overdrawn.

The Warcraft 3 World Editor uses Direct X for drawing.
