It seems every time it's seeked to 0 (the start), MacOS changes all dirent offsets (adds some random(?) base number), so I can't look up where the second entry is going to be to be able to do the swap trick that is done on Linux. And on BSD it looks like reading current pos with lseek is not even possible..
