--- Comment #4 from blanknam3d blanknam3d@protonmail.com --- This bug happens to be describing a behavior I've been observing since I first used FL Studio in the latest WINE staging version over 2 years ago...
Running Fedora 40 with Wine 9.15, FL Studio 24.1.1 build 4239. If you go into a plugin's settings and set it to run in bridge mode (thereby using ilbridge.exe to run the plugin), the plugin actually *will work*... as long as you do not load the GUI. The moment you load the GUI, FL Studio will hang, no matter what arch the plugin is for, or what format the plugin is in, or who made the plugin, etc... Happens with (as far as I know) any plugin loaded via FL Studio's built-in bridge, ilbridge.exe.
Testing with Roland ZENOLOGY as the plugin (same behavior with either the free LITE version or paid PRO version), Line 124 in my attached file marks the exact moment I clicked "Make bridged" in the plugin's settings in FL Studio. The last two lines are the exact moment I try to load the GUI of the plugin & FL Studio freezes.
