[Bug 41439] start menu shortcuts created on MATE desktop by wine are unusable

I had mate/cinnamon before and wine created .lnk files at desktop, now with kde
installed it doesnt seem to show the .lnk files anymore...I just went
/home/user/Desktop

and there is .lnk files created by wine. A bit I havent disabled
winemenubuilder.

This is what FastStone\ Image\ Viewer.desktop   file contains
