Sorry for delay. I reopen the bug. I use a wine ppa. I try to report this bug
to my distro (Ubuntu) but I cant for the ppa (it's only allow for official
packages).

With wine-1.0.1 I dont have this issue, but yes with 1.1.30 (from ppa). Then I
dont have who to fix this, but I need report to someone to fix!
