With MaxVersionGL set to 30001 and shader_backend set to arb, I don't see the
problems from your screenshots with wine-6.14.

I had to install native d3dx9_43 to get into a race, but main menu worked fine
without it. Can you still reproduce?

I'm running a GTX 750Ti with blob driver version 470.57.02.
