Here follows a short update to this topic. I can confirm for Wine 6.0 stable that all listed benchmarks (3Dmark03, 3Dmark05, 3Dmark06) including 3Dmark2001SE are installing and running fine in a 64bit prefix. (This should be also true for a 32bit prefix.)
The only somewhat troublesome benchmark may be 3Dmark05 which doesn't starts properly because the "system information component" seems missing. However, it starts to work after 3Dmark06 is installed. It looks that the "system information component" of 3Dmark06 is also functional in 3Dmark05. ;-)
Finally, 3Dmark06 requires that the original 'd3dx9_28.dll' file (winetricks -q d3dx9_28) is installed. The built-in Wine d3dx9_28.dll will NOT work, the Shader Model 3.0 / HDR tests will all crash. I had to install also the d3dcompiler_47 file (winetricks -q d3dcompiler_47).
With these tweaks, everything is working GREAT, especially if Gallium Nine (winetricks -q galliumnine) is installed. (It may bring similar performance to DX9VK).
From my point of view this bug report here can be closed. ;-)
