[Bug 20538] SPlan 7.0 - some elements are printed solid black

I've tested against 1.0 and 1.1.9 and in fact, at least in my system, the print
function does not work at all, be either to pdf or to a real printer. It works
well in 1.3.23. (except for the black areas issue, of course).

If there was indeed a regression I can't test it in my system.

On the other hand I have a gut feeling this might actually be a simple bug,
when seen by some developer of the print system. Is there someone that could be
pinged on this bug?
