I was able to reproduce the issue with wine-10.15 and the latest from Git
(wine-10.15-125-gfc70990d579) on Fedora 42. Installing msxml3 from winetricks
avoids the abnormal termination error, but there are still other issues I see
with Encarta 2002 besides that.
