If you're sure that wine has regressed because of the wininet changes please attach a log with tid and wininet debug channels (WINEDEBUG=tid,wininet wine Wizard101.exe). Attaching index.dat file from c:\users\YOUR_USER_NAME\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\ and output of find command in this directory will be useful as well (keep in mind that index.dat file contains information about urls visited by the game and e.g. by wine's browser, don't attach it if you don't want to publish this data).
