I tested version v2009-b35 with wine-7.0-226-g1d178982ae5. It at least shows
its UI correctly and you can click things. The UI does lock-up when clicking
the 'X' to exit, but that would be a separate bug. I tested in a 32bit prefix
set to WinXP.

Adding stable download for version v2009-b35 (originally reported version).
