The installer is trying to do:

trace:process:CreateProcessW app (null) cmdline L""command.com" NUL /C DEL
CALC.EXE"

I'm not sure if just creating a dummy command.com that invokes cmd.exe is the
right thing to do, given that it is a 16-bit executable on Windows.
