[Bug 12888] Settlers VI: Requires administrator privileges

I try to start the game by bypassing the update, by put the files BBLua51.dll
and cld.dll in bin directory and start the game from file Settlers6.exe. First
the game ask to install some drivers (i think that is TAGES). But after I use a
patch from

I only have problem with 
Insufficient privileges: you must be administrator when you run this
application for the first time.
I have no idea what to do.
