log of the setup crash

Still valid in wine-1.1.27-63-g862bd3c e Hex Workshop 5.14
Attached is the log of the setup process till it crashes with a messagebox
saying it's msiexec.exe's fault.
Even the new version crashes with an identical error: i'll attach its log under
this one.
