Yes, I also encounter this issue with source insight 3.5.

1.Arch linux with kernel 6.2.
2.Wine: 8.0 8.2 8.3.1

Same to Alex's description.

My temporary solution: enable the virtual desktop by winecfg, the resolution is
small than the host. Example: host is 1920*1080, virtual desktop can use
1650*1050.
But still use below solution firstly.

--I find if I minimize SourceInsight and reopen it can fix this problem.
--But It is really disgusting.
