WinUAE also shows this problem. To demonstrate:
- Use winecfg to enable virtual desktop mode. - Download WinUAE from http://www.winuae.net/files/InstallWinUAE2330.exe - Run the installer. Check the box to run WinUAE at the end. - The WinUAE settings window appears. Click the Start button. The settings window closes and the emulation window appears. - Press F12 to open the settings window. It opens on top of the emulation window. - Move the mouse pointer over an uncovered part of the emulation window and click. The emulation window is brought to the front, in front of the settings window. That should not happen. (It doesn't happen when virtual desktop mode is disabled or in Windows.)
