Hello folks,

maybe Dmitry can attach a cleaned up version, incorporating his additional
findings (comment #23) which should work for WPF 3.0 and 3.5
Though 3.5 SP1 behaviour still needs to be investigated ...

WPF 4.x doesn't seem have any problems connected to this bug (windowscodecs
interfaces), most likely due to different engines/code rewrite.
