Now that readtex is the default, most problems are gone. FBOs still cause major
slowdowns, which are solved by disabling FBOs in Wine. Users must have recent
OpenGL drivers installed.

There is still a problem with unresponsiveness. Roderick Colenbrander suspects
it's a locking problem as it only happens with the keyboard, not with a
gamepad. I only saw this problem on Intel chips, I haven't been able to test it
with NVidia yet.
