Summary: Itunes 6 doesn't install Product: Wine Version: 0.9.1. Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: critical Priority: P2 Component: wine-misc AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: stevenp500@bellsouth.net
I'm using wine 0.9.1 on a Mandriva 2006 system (kernel 2.6.12). I downloaded the newest iTunes (6, I think). I already have IE 6 and DCOM98 installed. I change the default version to Windows 2000, and when I run 'wine iTunesSetup.exe', It starts fine, asks my language, then goes to the Installshield part. The bar gets all of the way to the end, then gets about 1/6 of the way through the second and just disappears. I did the same thing from an xterm and got this: [steven@localhost ~]$ wine iTunesSetup.exe fixme:richedit:RichEditANSIWndProc WM_SETFONT: stub fixme:richedit:RichEditANSIWndProc EM_EXLIMITTEXT: stub fixme:exec:SHELL_execute flags ignored: 0x00000580 [steven@localhost ~]$
The return value is 0, which is puzzling. If I try it as XP or 2003, it says that the installshield version is old then gives me an error.
