WINEDLLOVERRIDES=urlmon=n WINEDEBUG=+tid,+seh,+relay wine64 regsvr32 /i
urlmon.dll >>log.txt 2>&1

(Prerequisite: start winecfg/notepad in same WINEPREFIX in another terminal to
skip out unwanted processes)

Which distro, gcc toolchain? Wine built on your own?
