Implement Windows.System.Profile.SystemIdentification

Hi, I've attached a patch with the functions that Cinebench 2024 calls. Could
you test it? I didn't test it thoroughly but it wasn't working for me.
Cinebench might need additional patches for Windows 10+ to work.
