As stated in the title, TES 4 Oblivion fails to load the nsi.dll library. This
causes a chain of libraries that can't load, thus crashing the executable
before it gets a chance to load. This holds true for it's companion application
TES Construction Set. It is not affected by the community script extender
xOBSE. Example errors in description:
