[Bug 13065] 3D window edit moves all windows behind main window

I had tried that with one of the 1.0 relese candidates..  It improves it, but
Poser is then stuck as the foreground window but if Poser is minimized, not all
of the windows come back when it is restored.

I'm currently running it in a patched version of wine 1.0.  The patch is here:
