Regression testing would be the best way to solve this. FAQ has more about
this. But it requires that you are able to compile wine yourself. It's not that
hard the hardest part is to find development files.

If you can't do this, then reading appdb and asking if someone else could do it
could help.

For now you should attach console output when this happens. Even the default
one sometimes gives clues about the issue.
