Is that the program?
As i stated in comment 2: It started fine for me in Staging, did you try if it starts fine Staging? If so, the cause of the crash should be not so difficult to find

Louis, I just checked the download I was given and it is a more recent version. The Cricut tech sent me 5.13.78 in an .exe file type. Because the website auto detects your system I am not even allowed to see the Windows doanload to know if it is the same available on the website. I am just forwarded to a system not supprted page. I had to call Cricut and have the tech directly share this with me to get it.
Also, how does one start something in staging? I'm really good with hardware, built my own system.I am above avaerage in using most software, I catch on quick. But I could never focus to learn code or many of the tricks. If you tell me how I will try it though.
What other information do you need?
